All bookings must be completed through our website, by phone, or by email. You must provide accurate information for all travelers, including passport details when required.
3.2 Payments
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the tour. Payment options include major credit cards and other approved methods. All prices are shown in USD.
3.3 Pricing Changes
Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, partner adjustments, or seasonal updates. Bookings already confirmed will not be affected unless otherwise specified.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Customer Cancellations
If you cancel a trip, refund eligibility depends on the tour type and date of cancellation. Certain tours may be non refundable. A detailed refund and cancellation policy is available upon request or on our Refund Policy page.
4.2 Company Cancellations
WestSide Action may cancel or modify a tour due to weather, safety concerns, partner issues, or unexpected conditions. In such cases, we may offer:

credit toward another trip, or
an alternative tour option.
We are not responsible for costs not booked through us, such as flights or additional hotel nights.
5. Travel Requirements
5.1 Documents
It is your responsibility to have valid passports, visas, health documents, insurance, and any permits needed for your destination.
5.2 Fitness and Health
Many of our tours involve physical activity. You must ensure you are physically able to participate. If you have medical conditions, notify us in advance.
5.3 Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical care, trip cancellation, and adventure activities.
6. Risks and Responsibilities
6.1 Assumption of Risk
Adventure travel involves risks, including injury, illness, accidents, weather events, and unexpected conditions. By booking with WestSide Action, you accept these risks.
6.2 Liability
WestSide Action is not liable for losses caused by:
personal injury due to unsafe behavior,
failure to follow guide instructions,
theft,
delays from airlines or transportation,
natural disasters,
or actions of third party providers.
Our responsibility is limited to services directly booked through us.
7. Behavior and Conduct
We expect all travelers to respect local laws, cultures, guides, and other participants. We may remove a traveler from a tour if their behavior puts others at risk or disrupts the group. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Third Party Services
We work with hotels, transportation companies, local guides, and other providers. While we choose reliable partners, we do not control their operations and cannot guarantee their performance. Their own terms may apply.

All text, images, designs, logos, and materials on our website belong to WestSide Action LLC or our partners. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without permission.
